Financial mechanism on a competitive basis (financial prizes) for film projects with a length of maximum 45 minutes and a budget of maximum PLN 400,000.00. Implemented in co-operation with the Marshal’s Office of the Masovia Province since 2021, the programme is intended for young filmmakers and film students.
