Kraków’s music scene abounds with talented artists, DJs, producers, performers, composers, arrangers and organisers of gigs and club concerts. In 2018, the initiative of the City of Kraków and the KBF “Partnership for Music” helped finance specific projects.
In 2020, artists received support at the time of the pandemic as part of the second instalment of the competition. Funds from the programme “Partnership for music 2.0” financed dozens of online performances in three categories: “jazz & ethno”, “classical and contemporary music” and “pop”.
