The KBF, operator of the UNESCO City of Literature programme, is closely involved with the Jewish Culture Festival and hosts the extensive literary section whose free events focus on the leading theme of the festival. Kraków’s Kazimierz district hosts discussions with authors, art and printmaking workshops and guided tours of the district, teeming with artistic and cultural life. The literary section also includes events and workshops for kids where they can practice calligraphy and travel in “time and space” to Kazimierz of the past.
