Kraków, Warsaw, Lublin and Gdańsk are joining forces! Four conference venues – the ICE Kraków Conference Centre, the Copernicus Conference Centre, the Lublin Conference Centre and the European Solidarity Centre – are working closely together to attract business events to Poland. So how does the agreement work?
The centres exchange experiences, share a database of clients and contractors, visit industry evens and plan joint promotional, communications and marketing activities. The system is based on long-term contracts and guarantees event rotation.
This means that if one of the venues has secured an international event, the others will host it at some point in the future. This kind of partnership is unique, and not just on the Polish scale!
